Choose the right experience

For treetop trails, height matters as much as age. For canyoning, describe your experience to the guide. For paragliding, wingfoil or freediving, discuss your level and participation requirements with the team before booking.

Allow some flexibility

Wind, water flow and weather can change or postpone a session. Confirm the meeting point and what to bring. Keep another outing in mind if the activity cannot go ahead.

Prepare for your session

A school’s address may differ from the activity meeting point. Follow the provider’s instructions and confirm the total time, including transfers and equipment, before planning the rest of your day.
